I am a Specialist Technical Recruitment Consultant with 17 years of experience, including the last 14 years in Australia after moving from the UK. Over the years, I have developed a robust network within the Melbourne engineering community, working with candidates at all levels, from entry-level positions to General Manager and Project Director roles. My primary focus is on the infrastructure sector, encompassing renewable energy, sustainability, roads, and rail, across both permanent and contract markets. I pride myself on building honest relationships and believe in the importance of meeting candidates face-to-face to gain a comprehensive understanding of the person, the role, and the position requirements. This approach enables me to provide the best possible advice and match candidates effectively with opportunities.
